Terms & conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all sales through Fribe Form®/TMPO AB and will exclude the application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of the buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Fribe Form®/TMPO AB unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Fribe Form®/TMPO AB. Our wish is to minimize any unnecessary transportation emissions and costs linked to this.

PRICE & PAYMENT
Before you make any payment you will see the total price including any fees, taxes, shipping, and method of payment in an order confirmation sent to you.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Fribe Form®/TMPO AB is based in Sweden from where we design, produce, and distribute our products. Your order is picked and packed by us with accuracy, care, and love.

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders above €100/$100/1000SEK. On orders below this, a shipping cost will appear depending on the country of destination.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
Within Sweden: 1 – 2 days
Within the EU 2 – 3 days
Outside the EU 5 – 7 days
Some destinations can take up to 10 days due to longer Customs processing.

  • We reserve the right to longer delivery times due to delays beyond our control.
  • An email will be sent out as soon as your order leaves us, to confirm your order.
  • If you for any reason haven’t received it please contact us at info@fribeform.com.
  • PLEASE NOTE! Orders that cannot be delivered for some reason and come in return will be charged €25/$25/75SEK/75NOK.

RETURN POLICY
As our customer, you always have 30 days to return a purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please follow these steps when returning a parcel to us, no later than 30 days from being delivered to you:

  1. Please send an e-mail to info@fribeform.com, be sure to attach the order number and your name.
  2. After we have confirmed your wish to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging and address it to Fribe Form, TMPO AB, Ringgatan 39, SE-434 41 Kungsbacka.
  3. Leave your item at a service point.
  4. If you have received a damaged product, please follow the same procedure as stated above. 
  5. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Note:

  • We are not obliged to provide a refund until we receive the returned products.
  • If you are charged for the shipping cost, this won’t be refunded.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as delivered.

Returns of used, mounted, or unwrapped items are not accepted, except if the items do not work or are damaged upon delivery. Returns must be done within 30 days from arrival.
